Deze concessie heeft tot doel de concessiegebouwen te exploiteren om er een boekhandel te runnen, evenals de daarmee samenhangende diensten, waaronder de productie en verkoop van merchandisingartikelen en de verkoop van catalogi en andere aanverwante producten. De Concessiegever: - stelt de Concessiehouder de ruimten op de benedenverdieping (151,20 m²) ter beschikking, gelegen in het Paleis voor Schone Kunsten, 1000 Brussel, Ravensteinstraat 23, voor de volgende doeleinden (geschatte oppervlakten vóór inrichting): o De exploitatie van een Bookshop in verband met de tentoonstellingscircuits van het PSK; o De productie, verkoop en promotie van boeken, catalogi en merchandisingartikelen die rechtstreeks verband houden met het aanbod, de programmering en de evenementen van Bozar. De Concessiegever stelt de Concessiehouder tevens de zogenaamde “terrasruimte” in de Hortahal (26,9 m²) ter beschikking voor de presentatie van zijn waren tijdens de openingsuren van de Bookshop. Het implementatieplan van de activiteiten is opgenomen in bijlage D van dit bestek; en - kent de bij punt II.21.5 bedoelde exclusiviteit toe.
