Description

Het voorwerp van deze opdracht betreft het onderhoud, de energetische exploitatie, het beheer en het gebruik van alle technische installaties van het Paleis voor Schone Kunsten, inclusief prestaties die kleine werkzaamheden en herstellingen betreffen. De opdracht is een resultaatsverbintenis en omvat doelstellingen van verschillende aard, zoals: - technische doelstellingen op korte en middellange termijn (beschikbaarheid van de installaties, hygrothermisch comfort, rationeel energieverbruik) - administratieve doelstellingen (verslagen, actualisatie van de plannen, uitwerking van de procedures, beheer van de documentatie) - kwaliteit van de diensten (preventief onderhoud, interventietijden, navolging van de planning). Het gaat onder meer om de volgende activiteiten: - systematisch preventief, predictief en conditioneel onderhoud - correctief onderhoud - groot preventief onderhoud en revisies van de installaties - depannages - energiebeheer en -exploitatie van de technische installaties en bewaking van hun werking - administratieve opvolging en verslagen - bijkomende werken De technische installaties zijn onderverdeeld in 4 delen die samen één perceel vormen: DEEL 1 - HVAC UITRUSTINGEN DEEL 2 - ELEKTRICITEIT (STERK- EN ZWAKSTROOM) DEEL 3 - ELEKTROMECHANISCHE UITRUSTINGEN DEEL 4 - LIFTEN EN GOEDERENLIFTEN Onderhoud & energetische exploitatie van de technische installaties van het Paleis voor Schone Kunsten
