Volledige studie en opvolging van de renovatiewerken van de schil, isolatie van de gevels, aanpassing van de ventilatie en vervanging van het buitenschrijnwerk, in een bewoond gebouw, van een sociale appartementencomplex met in totaal 50 woningen en kantoren van Everecity, gelegen aan de Auguste Vermeylenlaan 58-60 te 1140 Evere. Volledige studie en opvolging van de renovatiewerken aan de buitenkant, isolatie van de gevels, aanpassing van de ventilatie en vervanging van het buitenschrijnwerk, in een bewoond gebouw, van een sociale woongebouw met in totaal 50 woningen en kantoren van Everecity, gelegen aan de Auguste Vermeylenlaan 58-60 te 1140 Evere. Voor deze opdracht als ontwerper wenst de aanbestedende dienst een multidisciplinair team aan te wijzen, bestaande uit een architect, een stabiliteitsingenieur, een ingenieur in speciale technieken, een EPC-adviseur en een veiligheids- en gezondheidscoördinator. Indien het specifieke personeel dat nodig is om alle geplande opdrachten uit te voeren niet binnen één en dezelfde professionele structuur te vinden is, wordt een team van deelnemers samengesteld in een groep van economische operatoren.
