Description

Le présent marché a pour objet l’exécution des contrôles périodiques réglementaires, conformément aux dispositions légales et normatives en vigueur, portant sur : 1. Les appareils de levage, incluant notamment les ascenseurs, plateformes élévatrices et nacelles d’accès aux façades ; 2. Les équipements antichute installés aux façades et aux toitures, tels que les lignes de vie, points d’ancrage, harnais, échelles mobiles et tout autre dispositif destiné à la protection contre les chutes de hauteur. Ces prestations seront réalisées par un organisme agréé SECT (service externe pour les contrôles techniques) dans les immeubles actuels et futurs occupés conjointement à Bruxelles par le Comité des régions (CdR) et le Comité économique et social européen (CESE). Les prestations concernées sont les suivantes : - Contrôles périodiques des ascenseurs ; - Analyses de risques; - Contrôles périodiques des tables élévatrices Contrôles périodiques des nacelles; - Contrôles périodiques des équipements antichute installés aux façades et aux toitures ; - Prestations ponctuelles ou spécifiques en régie plafonnée.
