Description

Ariadne plant de realisatie van een gefaseerde nieuwbouw voor het Psychiatrisch Verzorgingstehuis (PVT) Nieuwemeers op de campus te Lede. Het project kadert binnen het geactualiseerde masterplan en het zorgstrategisch plan 2025-2030 en wil inspelen op actuele en toekomstige uitdagingen binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg, in het bijzonder de vermaatschappelijking van zorg en de toenemende complexiteit van residentiële zorg. Het bestaande PVT Nieuwemeers werd in 1998 in gebruik genomen en voldoet functioneel en conceptueel niet langer aan hedendaagse zorgvisies en toekomstige noden. De nieuwbouw beoogt een duurzame en flexibele infrastructuur die herstelgerichte zorg maximaal ondersteunt. Gezien bestaande in gebruik zijnde gebouwen, dienen afgebroken te worden, zullen de sloop en bouwwerken in fases dienen te gebeuren. Deze selectieleidraad geeft slechts een algemene en voorlopige beschrijving van het voorwerp van de opdracht. De opdracht zal nader omschreven worden in het bestek in de tweede fase van de plaatsingsprocedure.
