De gemeente Dilbeek beschikt over een sportcomplex op de site Keperenberg, Keperenbergstraat 37 te 1701 Dilbeek - Itterbeek en wenst op deze site een nieuwe, duurzame sporthal te bouwen. De sporthal dient o.a. te beschikken over: - Een grote sportzaal voor diverse sporten; - Een polyvalente zaal, gekoppeld aan een cafetaria, voor multifunctioneel gebruik; - Een gevechtsportzaal; - Een jeugdhuis; - Kleedkamers, sanitair blok, EHBO-lokaal, bergruimtes,… Er wordt gestreefd naar een zo autonoom mogelijk functionerend sportcomplex (toegangscontrole, camerabewaking, verlichting en verwarming gekoppeld aan reserveringspakket,…). De gemeente Dilbeek en Farys wensen zich in het kader van dit project te laten bijstaan door een ontwerper voor het opnemen van de ontwerpopdracht. Er wordt rekening gehouden met een bouwkost van € 8 570 000 (excl. btw) . Dit richtbudget is gebaseerd op de huidige inzichten, welke tijdens het ontwerpproces uiteraard nog kunnen worden bijgestuurd en het bedrag is in die zin dan ook louter indicatief. De inschrijvers dienen er rekening mee te houden dat de raming van het project tijdens het ontwerpproces kan evolueren naargelang het project concreter wordt uitgewerkt.
