Description

In haar werkingsgebied is Farys verantwoordelijk voor de exploitatie en het beheer van de zuiveringsinfrastructuur van haar Z-vennoten. In het kader van deze taak staat Farys onder meer in voor het uitvoeren van afkoppelingsprojecten. Hiertoe beoogt Farys een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten om op afroep beroep te doen op ervaren dienstverleners voor het uitvoeren van afkoppelingsstudies. De overeenkomst wordt opgedeeld in 4 percelen: • PERCEEL 1 - opdrachten voor afkoppelingsstudies voor zone Gent; • PERCEEL 2 - opdrachten voor afkoppelingsstudies voor zone Ronse; • PERCEEL 3 - opdrachten voor afkoppelingsstudies voor zone Brugge; • PERCEEL 4 - opdrachten voor afkoppelingsstudies voor zone Asse. Deze opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst waarbij de voorwaarden van de dienstverlening worden overeengekomen, die zullen worden in acht genomen bij het uitvoeren van de latere opdrachten. De raamovereenkomst schept een contractueel kader met betrekking tot het vastleggen van de voorwaarden van individuele opdrachten (binnen deze percelen), betreffende afkoppelingsstudies die worden uitgevoerd voor Farys. De raamovereenkomst zal per perceel met 1 opdrachtnemer gesloten worden. perceel 1 - afkoppelingsstudies zone Gent; perceel 2 - afkoppelingsstudies zone Ronse; perceel 3 - afkoppelingsstudies zone Brugge; perceel 4 - afkoppelingsstudies zone Asse
