Chacun des marchés conclus sur la base de l’accord-cadre est un marché de services qui a pour objet l’exécution des services relatifs aux interventions d’urgence sur les autoroutes gérées par le district autoroutier de Nivelles qui comprennent : - Une permanence 24h sur 24 et 365 jours sur 365 ; - La pose de signalisation ; - L’enlèvement d’obstacle pour rétablir des conditions normales de circulation ; - Les opérations de brossage et/ou évacuation de pertes de chargement de type courant ; - L’établissement des itinéraires de déviation ; - Le déploiement et le repli de la signalisation « SMOG » ; - La mise à disposition d’un engin de déblocage lors de la mise en oeuvre du plan « neige » ; - La réparation provisoire et localisée de dégradations de chaussées. - Ces services peuvent avoir lieu tous les jours de l’année, de jour comme de nuit, y compris les week-ends et jours fériés.
