Description
Deze raamovereenkomst heeft als voorwerp de aanwijzing van een Externe Dienst voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk (EDPBW) in toepassing van de wetgeving: • Wet van 4 augustus 1996 betreffende het welzijn van de werknemers bij de uitvoering van hun werk • Codex over het Welzijn op het Werk, met name boek II, titel 3 ‘De externe dienst voor preventie en bescherming op het werk’ en boek I, titel 4 ‘Maatregelen in verband met het gezondheidstoezicht op de werknemers’. De Codex over het Welzijn op het Werk is terug te vinden op de website van de FOD Werkgelegenheid, Arbeid en Sociaal Overleg. Deze procedure bestaat uit het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één partner voor diensten met als doel de aanstelling van een Externe Dienst voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk, ten behoeve van het Jessa Ziekenhuis. De geraamde maximale waarde is louter indicatief, zij bindt het bestuur op geen enkele wijze. Deze waarde vormt bijgevolg geen indicatie voor het offertebedrag waarmee kan worden ingeschreven. De opdrachtnemer kan geen schadevergoeding eisen indien deze omzet niet bereikt wordt.
