Description

Het voorwerp van deze opdracht is het uitvoeren van siteonderzoeken op particuliere gronden in de provincies West-Vlaanderen, Oost-Vlaanderen en het westelijk deel van Vlaams-Brabant. Decretaal werd vastgelegd dat alle risicogronden onderzocht moeten zijn in een oriënterend bodemonderzoek tegen ten laatste 2027. Hierbij horen ook de gronden van particuliere eigenaars die voldoen aan de voorwaarden voor de vrijstelling van de onderzoeksplicht of van de saneringsplicht. Deze gronden wil OVAM ambtshalve onderzoeken in siteonderzoeken. De opdrachten in dit bestek gaan voornamelijk over de uitvoering van een siteonderzoek voor een aantal niet aaneensluitende kleine locaties, gelegen binnen 1 gemeente. Een siteonderzoek is een oriënterend en (indien nodig) beschrijvend bodemonderzoek en dit enkel voor de historische activiteit die op de gronden werd uitgevoerd.
