De opdracht omvat: • verschillende soorten topografische opmetingen, gekenmerkt door het type van de werfsite en/of de voorwaarden waarin ze moeten worden uitgevoerd • de prestaties van Quantity Survey ; • de opmaak van BIM-modellen • het uitvoeren van diverse prestaties vergoedbaar in regie of op grond van werkelijke uitgaven; De prestaties hebben betrekking op gebouwen, publieke ruimtes, kunstwerken, tunnels.... (deze lijst is indicatief) in programma-, studie-, uitvoeringsfase en As-Built. De op te meten oppervlakken en werken bevinden zich uitsluitend in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.
