Description

De gemeente Nijlen wenst, in samenwerking met Stichting Kempens Landschap, de als monument beschermde pastorie Sint-Lambertusparochie te Kessel te restaureren en te voorzien van een nieuwe functie door middel van een herbestemming. De verdere uitwerking van het project gebeurt in functie van de actuele noden, de visie van de gemeente Nijlen en het beschikbare budget. De pastorie bevindt zich in Kessel-Dorp, deelgemeente van de gemeente Nijlen. De pastorie maakt deel uit van het historische ensemble rond de Sint-Lambertuskerk en vormt samen met de kerk, het gemeentehuis, de kerktuin en het openbaar domein het ruimtelijke en erfgoedkundige hart van Kessel-Dorp.
