The City of Antwerp property authority awarded a major works contract for the redevelopment of the historic urban site known as 'De CoStA', an area of about 3,150 m2 between the Sint-Andriesplaats and the Prekersstraat in the historic centre of Antwerp. The contract covers works to six historic buildings, two new building volumes, demolition of less valuable outbuildings, and the creation of multipurpose halls, a café, a library, offices and youth association premises. The contract was won by the temporary partnership Artes Roegiers - Artes Woudenberg for EUR 13,091,432.34.
