Dit dossier betreft de opmaak van een raamovereenkomst voor de inhuur van kwalitatieve PA-systemen, inclusief technisch installatie- en operationeel personeel, ten behoeve van diverse producties binnen VRT. Het operationeel personeel kan ingevuld worden door eigen personeel van VRT of door VRT ingezette zelfstandigen. De overeenkomst heeft tot doel een flexibele en efficiënte oplossing te bieden voor uiteenlopende evenementen, variërend van kleinschalige opstellingen voor circa 50 personen tot grootschalige producties met een capaciteit tot ongeveer 20.000 toeschouwers.
