Description

Deze opdracht gaat enerzijds over het aankopen van diverse types implanteerbare hartstimulatoren (VVI/DDD, CRTP en CSP) en diverse toebehoren hiervoor (perceel 1) en anderzijds over het aankopen van specifiek plaatsings- en randmateriaal voor de CSP (perceel 2). De looptijd van deze overeenkomst is 2 jaar, met daarbij de contractuele vastgelegde mogelijkheid om 2 maal voor telkens 1 jaar de opdracht te verlengen. In totaal loopt deze opdracht dus voor maximaal 4 jaar. AZ Groeninge is in deze opdracht de aanbestedende overheid en behoort tot het E17-Ziekenhuisnetwerk. In het kader van dit netwerk kunnen, naast AZ Groeninge, ook alle andere ziekenhuizen van dit netwerk gebruikmaken van deze opdracht en tegen dezelfde voorwaarden aankopen doen. Het E17-Ziekenhuisnetwerk bestaat uit volgende ziekenhuizen: az Glorieux (Ronse) az groeninge (Kortrijk) AZ Maria Middelares (Gent) AZ Sint-Elisabeth (Zottegem) AZ Sint-Vincentius (Deinze) O.L.V. van Lourdes Ziekenhuis (Waregem) Sint-Jozefskliniek (Izegem) Via dit perceel wensen we hartstimulatoren en toebehoren aan te kopen ter ondersteuning van patiënten met diverse hartritmestoornissen. De opdracht omvat zowel conventionele pacemakers als gespecialiseerde systemen zoals Cardiale Resynchronisatie Therapie Pacemakers (CRTP). De pacemakers moeten programmeerbare modussen ondersteunen, zoals VVI (Ventricular Demand Pacing) en DDD (Dual Chamber Demand Pacing), afhankelijk van de klinische behoeften van de patiënt. Daarnaast moeten de hartstimulatoren geschikt zijn voor conduction system pacing (CSP). Deze apparatuur moet voldoen aan de hoogste standaarden inzake kwaliteit (betrouwbaarheid, patiëntveiligheid) en gebruiksvriendelijkheid. Daarnaast is het van belang dat er mogelijkheden zijn tot opleidingen en wetenschappelijke en technische ondersteuning. Naast de stimulatoren en toebehoren zelf wensen we ook de mogelijkheid te hebben voor technische ondersteuning tijdens operaties.; Dit perceel omvat de levering van specifiek plaatsings- en randmateriaal dat nodig is voor conduction system pacing (CSP). Het materiaal moet voldoen aan de hoogste standaarden inzake kwaliteit (betrouwbaarheid, patiëntveiligheid) en gebruiksvriendelijkheid.
