The Province of East Flanders in Belgium is procuring a framework agreement for the collection, transport and processing of waste fractions and the rental of various types and sizes of waste containers, for the period 2027-2032. The waste comes from provincial sites including 7 provincial domains, 26 provincial schools and teaching locations, heritage centres, training centres for emergency services, the provincial house and various administrative buildings, all located in the Province of East Flanders. Work must comply with the Waste Decree and applicable European, federal and regional rules. The contract is not exclusive: the buyer may award very specific or occasional waste to another firm offering better terms. Manure and laboratory waste are excluded.
