Description

Die Stadt Altena hat während der Starkregen- und Hochwasserkatastrophe im Juli 2021 massive Schäden an der städtischen Infrastruktur erlitten. Im Rahmen der Soforthilfe wurden einige Schäden provisorisch instandgesetzt, dennoch benötigt das Stadtgebiet großflächige Wiederherstellungsmaßnahmen. Im Rahmen des Wiederaufbaus bekommt die Stadt Altena finanzielle Mittel vom Bund und dem Land NRW zur Verfügung gestellt. Durch das Hochwasserereignis wurden unter anderem Anlagen des Abwasserwerkes der Stadt Altena; insbesondere die Kanalisation im Bereich Graf-Adolf-Straße, stark beschädigt. Aus diesem Grund sind bauliche Leistungen für Wiederherstellungsmaßnahmen dringend erforderlich. Die Schäden wurden unter der Maßnahme "M3 - Kanalbefahrung und -sanierung" im Wiederaufbauplan der Stadt Altena erfasst. Durch das Hochwasserereignis wurde unter anderem die Mischwasserkanalisation im Bereich der Graf-Adolf-Straße beschädigt. Betroffen ist der Abschnitt zwischen den Schächten 05479020/05480025 in der Graf-Adolf-Straße. Der Kernbestandteil der auszuführenden Leistung umfasst Kanalbau, Oberflächen sowie Erd- und Rückbauarbeiten. Vorgesehen ist ein neuer Kanalstrang (DA 400 PVC-U), der von der Grad-Adolf-Straße über die Zufahrtsrampe zur Graf-Adolf-Straße 30 bis zum Anschlussschacht 05480040 geführt wird. Insgesamt werden rd. 55 m Kanalhaltungen als PVC-U Kanalrohr DA 400 und drei Betonschachtbauwerke DN 1.000 hergestellt.
