Description

Projektet omfatter opførelse af et nyt øvelseshus ved Beredskabsstyrelsen Sjælland i Næstved. Anlægget skal fungere som en moderne uddannelses- og træningsfacilitet for beredskabets operative personale med fokus på realistiske og sikre træningsforløb. Projektet indeholder derudover optioner på en tilhørende velfærdsbygning og garage. Øvelseshuset indrettes med både en varm zone til praktiske slukningsøvelse og kontrolleret brand samt en kold zone til virtuel brandtræning baseret på digitale simulationer. Velfærdsbygningen indeholder omklædningsfaciliteter, toiletter, teknik- og rengøringsrum samt faciliteter til håndtering og tørring af brandudstyr. Udendørs etableres et øvelsesområde til indsatsøvelser, materielhåndtering og taktisk træning. Projektet udbydes som hovedentreprise og omfatter bygge-, anlægs- og installationsarbejder, herunder jord-, beton-, murer-, tømrer-, stål-m VVS-, ventilations-, el- og automationsarbejder. Målet er at skabe tidssvarende rammer, der styrker beredskabets uddannelse og operative beredskab gennem realistiske øvelsesscenarier.
