Description

Die in einem Verwaltungsgebäude zusammenhängenden Liegenschaften Bollwerk 27 und 29 solle nach 25 Jahren Gebrauch saniert und dem Stand der Technik angepasst werden. Das Gebäude befindet sich im UNESCO-Perimeter der Berner Altstadt und ist im Bauinventar der Stadt Bern als schützenswert registriert. Die Sanierungsmassnahmen umfassen im Wesentlichen die Gebäudehülle inkl. Dachoberlicht, Gebäudetechnikanlagen, den Brandschutz, die Sicherheitsanforderungen, Anpassungen an die zukünftige Nutzung sowie die inneren Oberflächen. Der Store des Bundesamts für Informatik und Telekommunikation (BIT) im Bollwerk 29 ist nicht Teil des Projektes und bleibt während der Sanierung in Betrieb. Bei den Arbeiten ist besonders auf die Erschwernisse und Einschränkungen in Bezug der Verkehrserschliessung und auf die historische Bausubstanz Rücksicht zu nehmen.
