Description

The Service under the Contract will provide an outcome focused specialist dementia day service to people with dementia residing within the Renfrewshire area. The Service will support people who are at different stages of dementia, who may: - Require support and/or have cognitive difficulties and/or complex needs that cannot be met in other services; - Require support with behaviours associated with dementia; - Are socially isolated i.e. people who have limited social contact with friends, family or other social networks; and/or - Have carers who are experiencing high levels of stress associated with caring responsibilities.
