Saxon Weald awarded a contract for specialist consultancy support to strengthen delivery of its Awaab's Law Phase 2 programme. The services include quality assurance of the translation of agreed business processes into clear, prioritised system requirements, assessment of Infinity's proposed BRIKHousing delivery against minimum viable requirements, identification of functional or technical gaps, business impacts and risks with recommended alternatives or controlled workarounds, and project management support including an initial project health check, maintenance of the integrated plan, resource coordination, fortnightly workstream meetings, weekly highlight reporting and RAID management.
