Tipo di procedura: Avviso di preinformazione Referente: Circoscrizione 3 ai sensi dell’art 2 comma 1 lett. e) del D.lgs n. 201/2022 - stagione invernale 2026/27 nelle giornate del martedì mercoledì e venerdì dalle ore 17.00 alle ore 19.30. In ottemperanza al protocollo operativo n. 348, con il presente provvedimento si approva l’avviso da pubblicare sul sito della Circoscrizione 3 nel periodo compreso tra l’11 Settembre 2026 e il 16 Settembre 2026 per informare le associazioni sulla possibilità di presentare un progetto specifico, volto all’utilizzo dell’impianto natatorio in determinati giorni e fasce orarie con compiti di accoglienza, vigilanza e controllo degli spazi comuni quali l’ingresso, gli spogliatoi e le docce (ed eventualmente verifica dei titoli danti diritto all’accesso), a fronte del riconoscimento della gratuità degli spazi acqua richiesti, così come previsto dall’art 1. comma 1, lettera a) del Regolamento n. 168. Scadenza: 16 settembre 2026 ore 9.00
