Tipo di procedura: Avviso di rinnovo concessioni patrimoniali Referente: Divisione Patrimonio Si informa che nel corso della seduta del 9 luglio 2026 il Gruppo di Lavoro Interdivisionale - di cui al Regolamento n. 397/2021 per l’Acquisizione, Gestione e Valorizzazione dei Beni Immobili - ha assentito il rinnovo della concessione all’attuale concessionario (Associazione di Promozione Sociale) dell’immobile di proprietà comunale sito in Torino Via Giachino 28/E. Secondo quanto disposto dall’art. 24 commi 3 e 4 del Regolamento n. 397, qualora altri soggetti fossero parimenti interessati all’assegnazione del medesimo bene, possono far pervenire richiesta - corredata di dettagliato progetto sull’utilizzo del bene - alla Città di Torino, Dipartimento Servizi Interni - Divisione Patrimonio, Piazza Palazzo di Città 7, entro le ore 12.00 del giorno 1 ottobre 2026 al seguente indirizzo mail: direzione.patrimonio@comune.torino.it
