Expansion of the Zirl water treatment plant, HB Eigenhofen - earthworks and civil engineering works

The municipality of Zirl intends to build a new drinking water reservoir with 2 x 150 m3 useful capacity in prefabricated PE plastic construction for the hamlets of Eigenhofen and Dirschbach. The reservoir site is planned above Eigenhofen in a forest. The tank construction itself is not the subject of this tender. The contract covers the earthworks needed for the elevated drinking water reservoir, construction of the access road to the reservoir, and the planned connection pipes near the reservoir. Scope includes clearing and felling up to 4,000 m2 of forest, around 600 m3 of excavation class 3-5, around 1,400 m3 of blasted rock excavation class 7, around 250 m3 of single-grain concrete, crushed rock backfill material, around 98 linear metres of pipe trenches in one and three lanes, an overflow and emptying shaft, and around 60 linear metres of access road with forecourt.
