Expansion of the Zirl waterworks, section Eigenhofen - tank construction

The municipality of Zirl intends to build a new drinking water elevated reservoir with a usable capacity of 2 x 150 m3 for the hamlets of Eigenhofen and Dirschenbach. The reservoir will be constructed in prefabricated PE plastic elements and located above Eigenhofen in a forested area. The tank consists of four tube-shaped water chambers made of reinforced PE double-wall pipes, with two tubes combined into each chamber so the reservoir operates as a two-chamber tank, plus a tube-shaped valve chamber made of the same material. The valve chamber is to be fitted with ready-to-connect stainless steel piping (V2A). Excavation works and installation of buried pipelines are carried out by the client.
