Description

Leistungsgegenstand ist die Durchführung der Assistierten Ausbildung (auch AsA genannt) nach §§ 74 - 75a SGB III bzw. § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II i. V. m. §§ 74 - 75a SGB III. Förderungsbedürftige junge Menschen und deren Ausbildungsbetriebe können während einer betrieblichen Berufsausbildung oder während einer Einstiegsqualifizierung durch Maßnahmen der Assistierten Ausbildung mit dem Ziel des erfolgreichen Abschlusses der Berufsausbildung bedarfsgerecht unterstützt werden. Ziel ist die Hinführung der Förderungsberechtigten zum Abschluss einer betrieblichen Berufsausbildung. Das Ziel ist ebenfalls erreicht, wenn der junge Mensch seine betriebliche Berufsausbildung ohne die weitere Unterstützung mit der Assistierten Ausbildung fortsetzen und abschließen kann oder die Aufnahme einer Berufsausbildung nach einer mit der Assistierten Ausbildung unterstützten Einstiegsqualifizierung erfolgt.
