Filing of appeals against decisions no. 3304/26, 3306/26 and 3307/26 of the AADE

This call for expressions of interest concerns the procurement of legal services consisting in the filing and exercise of legal remedies (appeals) against decisions numbered 3304/26, 3306/26 and 3307/26 issued by the AADE, the Greek Independent Authority for Public Revenue. The service provider will prepare and lodge the remedies before the competent bodies, handling the judicial or administrative challenge of these three tax authority decisions on behalf of the contracting authority.
