És objecte del contracte l’arrendament de diverses finques rústiques d’Oliola per a ús de conreu, conservant l’Ajuntament la seva titularitat, però entregant la possessió a l’arrendatari. Les finques resten relacionades en el llistat de masses comunes lot 1, d’aquest plec. Les finques estan incloses dins de la zona de Xarxa Natura 2000 i per tant s’hauran d’adaptar els conreus a les normatives vigents en relació amb aquesta zona. Les finques esmentades resten marcades amb XN. La finca situada a la parcel·la 78 es sòl de valor natural i de connexió segon el Pla Territorial de Ponent.
