L'objet de l'appel d'offres est l'attribution de contrats-cadres pour la fourniture de denrées alimentaires pour la période 2027-2028 à la Fondation « Casa per Anziani » de Giubiasco. L'établissement sert environ 240 repas par jour, répartis entre petits-déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners. Les denrées alimentaires sont réparties dans les lots suivants : 1. Viande et produits à base de viande 2. Poisson et fruits de mer 3. Produits laitiers et œufs 4. Fruits, légumes et légumineuses frais 5. Fruits, légumes et légumineuses surgelés, en conserve ou séchés 6. Produits de boulangerie frais 7. Produits de boulangerie de longue conservation, destinés à la préparation de pâtisseries et de desserts prêts à la consommation 8. Produits spéciaux surgelés 9. Boissons, café, thé et produits similaires 10. Assaisonnements, arômes et huiles L’appel d’offres désignera uniquement les fournisseurs retenus, pour chaque lot, qui seront ainsi inclus dans un ou plusieurs contrats-cadres d’une durée de deux ans. Les contrats-cadres d’un ou plusieurs lots peuvent être attribués aux soumissionnaires retenus. Les soumissionnaires retenus pour les lots seront contactés exclusivement en cas de besoin en denrées alimentaires concernant ce lot, dans le cadre d’un mini-appel d’offres.
