Description

Поставка товару здійснюється щоденно до 7:00 на склад Замовника згідно заявок. Обсяг поставки узгоджується із Замовником щоденно за допомогою телефонного зв’язку, або електронного листування. Постачальник повинен поставити Замовнику товар, передбачений цим Договором, якість якого відповідає вимогам державних стандартів України. Якість товару, що постачається, повинна відповідати державним стандартам, деклараціям виробника/паспортам якості та мати належний (не прострочений та такий, який дозволяє використати товар за призначенням у необхідний для Замовника строк). Кількість товару має відповідати Заявці Замовника, упаковка - санітарно-гігієнічним нормам. У випадку виявлення неякісного товару після отримання, виклик представника Постачальника та заміна товару є обов’язковим. Заміна товару здійснюється протягом 24 години від дати поставки неякісного товару. Всі витрати, пов’язані із заміною товару неналежної якості (транспортні витрати та ін.), несе Постачальник. Невчасна заміна неякісного товару є фактом неналежного виконання умов договору.
