Summary

Machine-generated summary

The French regulatory authority for energy, the Commission de regulation de l'energie (CRE), is seeking a contractor to carry out a study of the costs that electricity suppliers incur when acquiring energy saving certificates (certificats d'economies d'energie) for residential and small business customer segments. The study should provide quantitative and qualitative information on the structure of these acquisition costs and set out how they have developed, both in figures and in structural terms, since the start of the fifth period of the scheme. The work consists of a detailed analytical study delivered for the use of CRE.

Description

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €130,000
€119,600 to €130,000

Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 100% of their published estimate, half of them between 92% and 100%, based on 97 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
