Expected award price
- likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €2,500,000
- €1.7M to €2.5M
Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 87% of their published estimate, half of them between 69% and 100%, based on 26 awards of the last 3 years.
Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
