Framework agreement with purchase orders for the supply of aggregates for the City of Troyes

The City of Troyes is procuring the supply of aggregates intended for the maintenance of its municipal roads through a single-operator framework agreement managed by purchase orders. The framework agreement lasts 4 years from its notification date and is divided into two lots, each with a maximum value of 100,000 EUR excluding tax over the full term: Lot 1 covers the supply, with or without delivery, of crushed stone, and Lot 2 the supply, with or without delivery, of sand and gravel. No minimum amounts apply. The procedure used is an adapted procedure under the French Public Procurement Code, and only one contractor will be selected. No submission deadline is stated in the notice.
