Art der Leistung Abdichtung Parkdeck West + Eingänge Kreishaus Detmold Umfang der Leistung Der Kreis Lippe beabsichtigt, die Parkplätze auf dem östlichen und westlichen Teil des Grundstücks sowie Innenhöfe zu sanieren bzw. umzugestalten. Als Teil dieser Maßnahme soll in dem Zuge die Abdichtung auf dem Stb.-Parkdeck auf der Westseite des Grundstücks erneuert werden. Die Bauwerksabdichtung der befahrenen Stb.-Deckenflächen ist Teil dieser Vergabe. Darüber hinaus sind zwei sanierungsbedürftige Eingangsbereiche auf der Südseite des Gebäudes nach der Sanierung des Kreishauses in den Jahren 2020-2024 verblieben. Die beiden überbauten und gefliesten Eingänge befinden sich oberhalb von beheizten Räumlichkeiten mit einer Stb.-Decke als Untergrund. An diesen Stellen soll die Abdichtung einschließlich Dämmung ebenfalls erneuert werden. Auf der Nordseite des Gebäudes befindet sich ausserdem ein offener Lüftungsschacht, der zum Schutz vor der Witterung mit einem Lüftungsbauwerk überbaut und eingedichtet werden soll.
