Description

Предмет закупівлі не обкладається податками, митними зборами або іншими стягненнями аналогічного характеру, згідно із статтею 3 Рамкової Угоди між Урядом України та Комісією Європейських Співтовариств від 12.12.2006 ратифікованою із заявою Законом України від 03.09.2008№ 360-VI (360-17). На виконання «Угоди про фінансування Програми Interreg (Interreg VI-A) NEXT «Румунія-Україна»», ратифікованої Законом України від 09.05.2024 № 3716-IX (далі - Угода), статті 6 Закону, форма процедури закупівлі: «спрощена процедура», передбаченої пунктом 5.1.d Додатку II Угоди, як процедури закупівлі за межами Європейського Союзу, відповідно до порогового значення договорів постачання вартістю менше 100 000 євро, згідно пункту 5.2.с Додатку II Угоди, яку можливо реалізувати в електронній системі закупівель «Prozorro» шляхом проведення відкритих торгів (із Особливостями), як найбільш конкурентної процедури, з урахуванням вимог чинного законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, в тій частині, в якій Закон та Особливості не суперечать Додатку II Угоди та забезпечують дотриманням принципів Угоди щодо прозорості, пропорційності, рівного ставлення та недискримінації.
