Dazu übernimmt der Projektleiter die notwendigen Planungs-, Steuerungs-, Koordinations-, sowie Kommunikationsaufgaben und nimmt die Projektleiterfunktion in einem agilen Setup, bspw. einem Value Stream analog der entsprechenden Rolle wahr. Er erkennt Erwartungen und Zielkonflikte und löst diese produktiv, positiv und klar.
