Description
Ofgem requires a secure and auditable GIS solution to support administration of the Bill Discount Scheme (BDS) for electricity infrastructure projects. The solution must identify buildings and associated UPRNs located within a 500m eligibility zone surrounding Limits of Deviation (LoD) supplied by Transmission Owners (TOs).
