Art der Leistung Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung ist der Neubau eines temporären Gebäudes am IGA Eingangspavillon, hier die Einhausung der Mietcontainer. Die Flächen befinden sich am Rheinpark auf der Hochfeldallee Umfang der Leistung Angefragt ist die Einhausung der Mietcontainer für den den Eingangspavillon der IGA 2027 in Duisburg. Die Aufstellung der Container erfolgt unterhalb einer zum Zeitpunkt der Aufstellung fertiggestellten und mit einer Dachdeckung überdeckten Holzkonstruktion aus gestappelten und dauerhaft verbundenen Holzbalken. Die Aufstellung erfolgt vor Ausführung des Gewerks Aussenanlagen, die Container werden mit dem Plattenbelag des Aissenanlagen eingefasst, um barrierefreie Übergänge zu gewährleisten. Zusätzlich ist vorgesehen, die Container mit einer Ummantelung aus gewellten Aluminiumplatten zu verkleiden, diese Leistung erfolgt bauseits. Hierbei wird die Konstruktion so ausgelegt, das keine Befestigungen in den Seitenwänden der Container vorgenommen werden. Die Ummantelung soll in den Kranösen und Staplerlaschen eingehängt werden. Wichtiger Hinweis: Aufgrund der bestehenden Holzkonstruktion können die Container nicht mit einem Autokran an die finale Position gesetzt werden.
