Art der Leistung Ausstellungs- und Vorführungsraum "KlärBar" in der Liebigstraße in Duisburg-Hochfeld Umfang der Leistung Die Wirtschaftsbetriebe Duisburg AöR beabsichtigen im Rahmen Ihrer Aktivitäten im Bereich des Umweltschutzes die Errichtung eines modularen Gebäudes in Containerbauweise. Die "KlärBar" ist als Ausstellungs- und Vorführungsraum zum Themenbereich Wasser und Abwasser vorgesehen und umfasst eine Außenterrasse und ein Notausgangspodest. Der Standort befindet sich genau gegenüber des Eingangsbereichs der Kläranlage, Liebigstraße 5, 47053 Duisburg. Bei der zu errichtenden Anlage handelt es sich um ein eingeschossiges Gebäude aus Einzelcontainern mit Flachdachkonstruktion mit einer teilweise begehbaren Dachterrasse sowie mit einer teilweise extensiven Dachbegrünung. Die Gründung erfolgt über Punkt-/ Einzel- bzw. Streifenfundamente gemäß statischen Vorgaben. Die Statik sowie die Statikvorgaben sind vom AN zu erbringen Hauptgebäudedaten: Nettogrundfläche (NGF): ca. 110 m2 Bruttorauminhalt (BRI): ca. 360 m3
