Art der Leistung Rahmenvertrag - Kampfmitteluntersuchungen für den Zeitraum 01.12.2026 bis zum 30.11.2028 im Stadtgebiet von Duisburg Umfang der Leistung Die Leistungen für Kampfmitteluntersuchungen mit und ohne konkrete Verdachtsmomente umfassen: ca. 8.000 Stück Bohransazupunkte überprüfen und festlegen ca. 8.000 Stück Sondierbohrungen, einschl. Messwertaufnahme, -auswertung und -aufbereitung ca. 180 Stück Folgemaßnahmen: Zusatzbohrungen, -auswertung und -aufbereitung ca. 60 Stück Folgemaßnahmen: Kontaktbohrungen ca. 33 Stück Folgemaßnahmen: in Form von Erdarbarbeiten (Suchbaugruben und kleinere Baugruben) Sowie vorbereitende und begleitende Tiefbauarbeiten für den KBD Düsseldorf bei Verdachtspunkten Einschl. Verfüllung der Bohrlöcher und Baugruben und prov. Straßenwiederherstellung. Die in der Leistungsbeschreibung abgefragten Einheitspreise gelten als Grundlage für die Vergabe von Rahmenverträgen an die zwei preisgünstigsten Bieterinnen. Die Beauftragung des veranschlagten Auftragsvolumens erfolgt an die, nach dem Gesamtangebotspreis, zwei günstigsten Bieterinnen wie folgt: 70% an die günstigste Bieterin und 30% an die zweitgünstigste Bieterin.
