Bauabschnitt - Los 190 Überdachung Stellplätze Umfang der Leistung Erweiterung Betriebshof Hochfeld "EBH" in Duisburg Hochfeld, 2. Bauabschnitt - Los 190 Überdachung Stellplätze Die Wirtschaftsbetriebe Duisburg-AöR (im Folgenden "WBD") möchten ihren Betriebshof Hochfeld auf der Straße "Zur Kupferhütte" in Duisburg aufgrund mangelnder Kapazitäten erweitern. Auf dem bestehenden Betriebshof befinden sich eine den kapazitiven Anforderungen nicht mehr entsprechende Umlade, ein nicht mehr zeitgemäßes Recycling-Zentrum mit Kapazitätsengpässen, ein nicht mehr ausreichend großes Verwaltungsgebäude, sowie eine LKW-Halle mit nicht mehr ausreichender Stellplatzkapazität. Zur Erweiterung des Betriebshofes Hochfeld wurde angrenzend an den bestehenden Betriebs- hof ein ca. 25.000 m2 großes, seinerzeit zum Teil bebautes, Grundstück auf der Werthauser Straße erworben. Auf dieser Fläche entstehen im 1. Bauabschnitt derzeit folgende Gebäude: - ein neuer moderner Recyclinghof - ein überdachtes Tonnenlager - eine Umlade - ein Waagenhaus Um den bestehenden Betriebshof mit dem neuen Grundstück zu verbinden, wird ein Durchbruch durch eine Bestandshalle in Verlängerung der Verbindungsstraße, geschaffen.
