Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe procurement covered works for automating the 10 kV feeder L-300 coming from the Turgeliai substation, located in the Vilnius district in the Vilnius region. The tender review concluded that the submitted offer was unacceptable because the price offered exceeded the funds allocated for the procurement, which the buyer had set before starting the procedure, apart from cases provided for in Article 45(1)(5) of the Law on Public Procurement and Article 58(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law. Since all offers received were rejected under Article 41(2)(2) of the Public Procurement Law, the procurement is considered terminated. No contract is awarded in this procedure.
