Паливо повинно відпускатись цілодобово на підставі пред’явлення талонів на власних, орендованих або партнерських АЗС учасника закупівлі, не менше однієї АЗС на території в радіусі 5 км від розташування Замовника, а саме вул. Б.Хмельницького, 47 м. Гайсина, що забезпечить мінімальні витрати замовника на переїзд транспортних засобів від адреси замовника до АЗС. Товар повинен бути обов'язково сертифікований та відповідати вимогам ДСТУ. Замовник здійснює оплату за товар в безготівковому порядку за фактом його постачання відповідно до умов договору.. Датою здійснення будь-яких платежів Замовника є дата списання відповідних коштів з розрахункового рахунку . Місце поставки талонів номіналом 10, 20 літрів : 23700, Україна, Вінницька обл., м. Гайсин, вул. Б.Хмельницького,47, відповідно до наданої Замовником заявки. Місце поставки товару - місце розташування АЗС учасника - переможця. Учасник повинен гарантувати строк дії бланків дозволів (талонів) не менше дванадцяти місяців на бензин А-95 та дизельне паливо.
