Guildford Borough Council zaprasza do składania zapytań o udział wykonawców w formule projektuj i buduj na potrzeby remontu parku przemysłowego Lysons Enterprise Estate, 15 lekkich hal przemysłowych zbudowanych w latach osiemdziesiątych XX wieku w Guildford, wymagających znacznych prac modernizacyjnych. Zakres obejmuje 15 samodzielnych jednostek w trzech rzędach, o konstrukcji stalowej z płaską blachą profilowaną, o łącznej powierzchni brutto około 1 148 m2 na działce o powierzchni 4 611 m2. Obiekty obecnie nie spełniają minimalnych wymogów efektywności energetycznej (MEES); gmina dąży do dostosowania ich do potrzeb najemców, zapewnienia zgodności z MEES oraz uzyskania klasy energetycznej EPC 'A'. Procedura przewiduje dwuetapowy tryb projektuj i buduj: etap 1 w ramach umowy na usługi sprzedprojektowe, a etap 2 w formie kontraktu projektuj i buduj, w którym wykonawca dokończy projektowanie i zrealizuje prace.

Opis
Guildford Borough Council are seeking expression of interest from D&B Contractors for the refurbishment of 19 light industrial units constructed in the 1980’s which have now reached the end of their useful life and require significant upgrading works. Arranged in three terraces, to provide individual self-contained units, the construction is steel frame with powder coated, profiled steel sheeting and incorporating glazed panels. Each unit has an up and over loading door (manually operated) along with personnel door. Internally the units are single storey and open plan except for a WC block. Electricity and gas are connected. The eaves height is approx. 3.2 m. The units were originally built with lighting but no heating, though over the years some tenants have installed heating and internal fit outs to varying degrees.
