Microsoft Unified Support to provide specialist Microsoft product support across the Bank's IT infrastructure and cloud estate.    Service to provide direct access to Microsoft expertise, strengthen support for business-critical infrastructure and cloud services, and help ensure continued resilience, security and operational stability across the Bank's Microsoft environment.  Direct award to Microsoft Limited: Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition due to the services can only be provided by a particular economic operator due to absence of competition for technical reasons as Microsoft Unified Support is only available from Microsoft directly.
