The purpose of this procurement is to lease suitable facilities for conducting manned ship-handling model courses. The tender is divided into distinct lots, enabling bidders to submit offers for one or more parts of the scope.1. Leasing of facilities and instructors for manned ship-handling models for an introductory course.2. Leasing of facilities for manned ship-handling models course for Advanced ship handling course level III for the Norwegian Pilot Service. The course aims to enhance navigational safety and operational competence by providing practical, hands-on training in ship inclusiveing using scaled manned models. The leased facilities must meet all technical and safety requirements necessary to deliver high-quality training in accordance with the Norwegian Coastal Administration's standards.; The Norwegian Coastal Administration provides training for maritime pilots operating in Norwegian waters, including advanced ship-handling skills for various vessel types and environments. This procurement concerns the rental of facilities for advanced manned model ship-handling training. The courses are designed for experienced pilots and focus on practical exercises to further develop clarification of skills and operational understanding. The contract includes provision of facilities, technical personnel, logistics, transportation, and accommodation. Training instructors are provided by the Norwegian Coastal Administration and are not part of this procurement.
