The Building Department of the Canton of Zurich, represented by the Building Construction Office, on behalf of the Real Estate Office, is procuring general planning services (feasibility study, project design, tendering, realisation) for the renovation of the building envelope of the listed buildings Gessnerallee 9, 11 and 13 in Zurich, used by the Zurich University of the Arts. General planning including subcontractors is sought covering construction management, architecture, civil, electrical, fire protection and building physics, with experience renovating listed buildings.
