Description

Le présent marché est pris en application des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1° du Code de la commande publique. Le délai d'exécution est de 18 mois hors période de préparation de chantier de 2 mois. le délai d'exécution du marché commence à courir à partir de la date de commencement qui sera définie par ordre de service. Les prestations seront financées selon les modalités suivantes : Fond propres Alès Agglomération 20 %, Agence de l'Eau 70 %, Conseil départemental 10 %. Les prix du marché sont révisable dans les conditions fixées au CCAP. Avance prévue dans les conditions des articles R.2191-3 à R.2191-19 du code de la commande publique (l'option applicable au titre du CCAG Travaux est l'option B). Le candidat peut présenter une variante dans les conditions fixées au CCAP. Cependant la réponse à l'offre de base est obligatoire.
