Description

Travaux de réhabilitation de l'Institut Médico-Légal et Foetopathologie : Une première phase consistera en la construction de 2 extensions, permettant le maintien intégral et sécurisé de l’activité au sein des locaux existants de l’institut médico-légal. Dans un second temps, les travaux de restructuration de l’existant seront engagés, tout en assurant la continuité complète des activités de l’Institut médico-Légal. Le marché global Tous Corps d’Etat prendra effet à compter de sa notification jusqu’à la fin de la période de garantie de parfait achèvement. La période prévisionnelle du début des travaux est fixée à la semaine 48 du mois de novembre 2026 pour une durée de 20 mois (y compris la période de préparation du chantier de 1 mois). La date de réception du chantier est programmée la semaine 28 du mois de juillet 2028 au plus tard. Les candidats devront impérativement formuler une offre pour les prestations supplémentaires éventuelles obligatoires définies dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières. Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées.
