Description

Die betreffenden Entwässerungsabschnitte ZEIII (km 27,15 - 30,21) und IV (km 26,60 - 27,15) hatte eine wasserrechtliche Genehmigung bis 31.10.2022. Es wurde rechtzeitig um eine kurzfristige Wiederverleihung angesucht. Das Verfahren ist derzeit noch anhängig. Da die Anlagen aber nicht mehr dem Stand der Technik entsprechen, müssen die Anlagen mittelfristig erneuert werden. Um die Anlagen in den Abschnitten auf Stand der Technik zubringen, wurden für die gesamte A13 die Bescheide erhoben, der Bestand dokumentiert und eine wasserrechtliches Sanierungskonzept (2023) ausgearbeitet und der Behörde übermittelt. Nunmehr sind für die Entwässerungsabschnitte ZEIII und IV je eine wasserrechtliche Genehmigung zu erwirken. Weiters ist die Betriebsumkehr im Bereich Tankstellen Gries am Brenner straßenbaulich zu planen und im Einreichprojekt zu berücksichtigen. Basisangebot
